Auntie Amber Visits

We had an AMAZING visit from Amber. She couldn't have come at a better time. Now that the adrenline has worn off and we have had 8 weeks of sleepless nights, it was so refreshing to have Amber visit. Mila was so excited to have another person dote on her and play with her and Amber made her smile all weekend long. Amber cooked wonderful meals all weekend, spoiled us completely with her home cooked meals and woke up early to help feed Mila and entertain her so I could get a little sleep. Of course Kai was so smitten with her too. I love the breakfast picture with him staring up at her.
She's a wonderful mama. One of my favorite moments of the weekend was Mila and Amber giggling together while coloring. I was a little late on getting it on video but happened to capture the jest of it.

We are so grateful for her visit and wish we lived closer so Mila could play with Wyatt more often. We are so excited for her new addition and can't wait to meet the little one. She's one amazing mama and her kids are so lucky to have them as their mama.

And as Mila screamed out the window of the car as we were dropping her off at the airport and driving away..."Best Friends Forever!" Good thing Mila got that straight, she is our best friend forever.
